Try this amazing entertaining treat – all you need are some fresh new season pears and your oven or a frying pan!

  • 2 – 3 fresh new season pears

  • 3 tbsp cinnamon & sugar mixture (optional – also so good just on their own or with a dash of honey or salt)

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  • Spray or coat baking pan lightly with an oil spray.

  • Slice your pears very thin & lay on pan in single layer

  • Spray with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture optionally if you like

  • Bake until brown and crispy – turning pears over when they start to crisp up.

  • Transfer to wire rack to cool.
