In medium bowl whisk together wine, garlic, paprika, thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add chicken and cover with a lid or foil. Marinade for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge. The flavour is better the longer it marinades but even 15 minutes, turning often, is delicious! Once marinaded, add oil to a large skillet pan or BBQ and heat medium to medium high. Add chicken skin side down and cook 6 minutes each side.
