Entertaining and Healthy – Pear Chips!

Try this amazing entertaining treat – all you need are some fresh new season pears and your oven or a frying pan!

Pear Chips Ingredients
2 – 3 fresh new season pears
3 tbsp cinnamon & sugar mixture (optional – also so good just on their own or with a dash of honey or salt)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Spray or coat baking pan lightly with an oil spray.
Slice your pears very thin & lay on pan in single layer
Spray with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture optionally if you like
Bake until brown and crispy – turning pears over when they start to crisp up.
Transfer to wire rack to cool.
