Asian Veg Recipe
Asian Pak Choy, Asian Buk Choy and Asian Chinese Broccoli Bunch (Gai Lan). Three of the most sought after and delicious Asian vegetables. Locally grown in Heatherton. Asian veg are best eaten fresh and lightly stir fried with some finely diced fresh garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli to taste. Add a spinkle of soy sauce for extra yumm and serve.
Oakleaf Lettuce Bunch. Freshly picked at the farm in Heatherton, this variety of lettuce has a mild and creamy taste. Oakleaf is perfect for salads, garnishing and sandwiches.
Spring Onion Bunch (Shallots). The perfect accompaniment to add zest to salads and zing to soups, stews and stir fries.
